The Anti-Tourist-Trap Manifesto
We are licensed tour guides from Italy who spent years watching visitors pay too much for microwaved lasagna in places no local would ever enter. So we built BiteItaly: the food walk we'd plan for our own friends and family. Real places, real people, real flavor.
Licensed, local, and personally acquainted with every owner on the route. You get stories, not scripts.
Only historic piole and family-run counters where Turin actually eats and drinks.
Just 2 to 8 guests per tour, so everyone hears the story, gets a seat at the counter and can ask anything.
